REWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS

Diwali was made memorable for the employees by distribution of gifts and employees. Rewards such as” Employee of the Month” was given to the most deserving employees in various fields. Mr.S .M Parvez and Mr.Gagan from the .NET Department were rewarded. From the PHP Department the lucky ones were Mr. Ajay Yadav , Mr. Kamal Kishor, Mr. Saurav Shukla.

Vipul in the Networking Department bagged the title for employee of the month. After this event, the employees also shared their experiences on getting this priviledge. The Director of the company
“Mr. R. K. Sharma “ boosted the confidence of employees by appreciating the efforts of the employees and the successful completion of recent projects.

DIWALI CELEBRATIONS

Binarysoft zone celebrated “Diwali”, the festival of lights with great  pomp and gaiety. Multi coloured rangoli  patterns, floral decorations, colourful lights along with the earthen lamps added the traditional fervour. On this Auspicious occasion,the whole  Ambience was filled with  enthusiasm and zeal. The day began with the worship of goddess laxmi, seeking wealth and happiness for one and all complemented by the distribution of gifts and incentives to the staff. A small get together was made in which sweets and snacks were enjoyed and firecrackers were burnt. There was an aura of warmth, joy, prosperity and happiness which made the day memorable. The day ended with the resolution to illuminate our hearts with positivity and purity, with the lighting of the clay lamps.

 

BLOOD DONATION CAMP IN BIANRY SOFTZONE

Nov 09, 2011 :

A blood donation camp was organised on 09.11.2011, in Binary Softzone, noida. All the employees ,along with the employers voluntarily donated blood. The event was organized to motivate people to donate blood for a good cause. The donors were warmly guided and escorted through different stages. The donors donated blood under the watchful eyes of a medical officer. After blood donation ,donors were served refreshments with a friendly gesture and hospitality. The donors were presented with a memento and badge as a symbol of this good cause.
The objective of this blood camp was to create public awareness among blood donors and persuade more and more people to donate blood. This event took place in a cleanly site, supported with other facilities such as medical aids, availability of water and refreshments, waiting space etc. Infact, this camp inspired many onlookers to become blood donors.
The event was a step to hoe every person with a feel of responsiveness to the society. The managing director of the company “Mr Ruchir Kant Sharma “ thanked all the employees to make this event a success and further motivated the employees to donate blood in favour of humanity.
